Maria Vittoria – Dall’Ava Bakery – Classic Panettone

Maria Vittoria is the bakery line of Dok Dall’Ava, a manufacturer of high-profile hams in San Daniele del Friuli. The panettone, packaged in a beautiful white box with a charming satin bow, is made with selected ingredients: stone-ground Italian flours, Belgian butter, Diamond cedar and candied orange peel, Piran salt, Bourbon vanilla and honey from the Natisone valleys. 
Classic Milano panettone, tall, slender, with a sinuous dome and no icing, hazelnut color. The cut is yielding in the golden crumb with a soft and streamlined structure. The wise use of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids helps to preserve the same fragrance and softness for longer times than a handmade product that does without it. Conquest for the richness of fruit (good cedar, excellent orange), well distributed and in the right proportion.
